ECAB in the case of A.D. and Post Office, September 29 2015 Dockett 15-0732, held that 1)there is no requirement that claim be filed on the date of injury; 2) the exact date of injury is not necessarily fatal to the claim. The issue is whether there is a consistent history of injury.
